  • Every AI feature runs on credits worth US$1 each. A plan's credits renew on the 1st of each month and don't roll over; the drafts and imports above are what they buy on their own. Top up any time with US$5 to US$1,000, and bought credits never expire.
  • Prices in euros, before tax, which is added at checkout. Plans can also be billed in US dollars (the same figures), pounds sterling, Canadian dollars and Australian dollars.
  • Tourical takes no commission on your bookings, however your clients pay.

Questions operators ask first.

Can I bring my existing itineraries?

Yes. Upload a PDF or paste a public web link and Smart Import turns it into a trip you can edit. You can also copy any past quote or tour, and import hotels, activities and restaurants from a spreadsheet.

Does the AI make things up?

Autopilot builds from your own catalog and prices first. Any place it adds from outside your catalog goes into your library for you to review and price, and you can undo the whole draft in one click.

Where does the money go?

Your clients pay your business directly, and you record each payment in Tourical. Tourical takes no commission on any booking.

Can I take card payments where I'm based?

Online payments run through Stripe, which accepts businesses based in the UK, the EEA, Switzerland, the US and Canada.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Clients open a private link to their proposal and booking page, and each traveller fills in their form from their own link.

Which languages and currencies?

Tourical itself is in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Proposal and booking pages show their buttons and labels in those five languages, following your client's browser, and your trip descriptions appear as you write them. Supplier costs can stay in their own currency; each trip sells in the one currency you choose.

What happens after the trial?

Choose a plan to keep going. Nothing is charged automatically.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You set Tourical up yourself, the setup checklist and a sample tour show the way, and a person answers within one working day if you get stuck.
