01What is Tourical?
Tourical is one workbench for tour operators. The trip plan, the supplier conversations, the pricing, the traveller paperwork and the payments all live in one place — instead of the spreadsheet, inbox and PDF stack most operators still juggle.
02Who is it for?
Small to mid-size tour operators and travel agencies running roughly 5 to 500 trips a month — single-brand and multi-brand teams. European operators get first-class treatment because that’s where we work, but Tourical speaks many currencies and languages and works worldwide.
03Is Tourical live today?
Not yet — we’re still in private testing. Early access for founding members opens in summer 2026. Until then we’re building with a small group of partners and holding waitlist seats. You can get early access here — no card, no commitment.
04What does it mean to be a founding member?
Founding members are the first operators we open the product to. They lock 30% off, for life, on whichever plan they pick when we publish final pricing. The discount is tied to your signup email and doesn’t expire when we raise prices later.
05When does early access actually open?
Summer 2026. You’ll get one email when access is ready. Between now and then, the only message you’ll receive from us is the one-line signup confirmation.
06Is there a card on file or any commitment?
No. Your seat is held with one email address. If Tourical isn’t the right fit at launch, you walk away with no balance, no claim, no obligation.
07What will pricing look like at launch?
We’ll publish the full plans and prices when early access opens. Founding members see the 30% discount applied automatically and can pay monthly or yearly. There will always be an entry plan that lets you run real trips before committing to a paid one.
08Who owns my data?
You do. Download everything whenever you want. Close the workspace and your records are removed promptly.
09Where is my data kept?
On secure cloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest. You can export everything or have it removed at any time. Members with specific data-residency requirements can ask us about options once early access opens.
10How are my travellers' details handled?
Traveller details — passports, dietary notes, emergency contacts — are kept private, tied only to the trip they belong to, and removed automatically once the trip is over. You don’t have to remember to clean anything up.
11Can your team see my data?
Only with your say-so, only to help with a support request, and only the small slice needed to sort it out. Every time anyone looks, it is recorded and you can see it.
12Can I bring in my trips from another tool or a spreadsheet?
Yes — founding members get hands-on help moving in. We bring across trips, clients, suppliers and rates, and where it’s available, your past bookings. The first call covers what you’re using today so we know what to move first.
13Do I keep my own payment account?
Yes. Your customers, your money, your account. Tourical doesn’t sit on traveller funds and doesn’t hold your deposits.
14What if I outgrow Tourical?
Download everything and move on. We’d rather you stay because you want to, not because you can’t leave. Being able to take your data with you is written into the terms.
15What does early access look like in practice?
Once your seat opens, you get the workspace, a kickoff call, and a direct line to the team for the first few months. Founding members see what’s coming next before everyone else and help shape it.
