Confirm a whole trip in one message, not fifteen emails.

A trip has a hotel here, a guide there, a van for the week, a restaurant on day six. Tourical sends your brief to all of them at once. Each reply threads back on its own — over normal email — and a live board tells you exactly who has said yes.

The status quo

Right now, one trip is fifteen open loops in your inbox.

Every supplier is a separate email you wrote by hand, then a reply you have to find again. You live in your inbox trying to remember who answered, who you are still chasing, and which rate goes in the spreadsheet.

One broadcast, every vendor

You compose once. It reaches all of them.

Pick the trip. Tourical already knows every supplier on it — the hotels, the guide, the vehicle company, the restaurants. One message fans out to all of them, each addressed on its own so no supplier sees the others.

Each supplier gets their own email, on a thread that is just theirs. No CC pile, no group chat.

Replies, threaded per supplier

Each answer comes back on its own thread.

Replies arrive as ordinary email and Tourical files them by supplier — every message, quote and follow-up kept together. No scrolling Gmail for a subject line you half remember.

The 72-hour auto-chase

Silence does not slip through.

If a supplier has not replied within 72 hours, Tourical sends a polite follow-up on your behalf — same thread, your name on it. You stop being the person who has to remember to nag.

No platform jail

Suppliers reply from their own inbox. Nothing to log into.

This is the part that makes it actually work. Tourical sends plain, ordinary email. A hotel that has never heard of Tourical just sees a normal message and replies the way they always have.

No account, no password

Suppliers never sign up, never log in, never learn a new tool. A portal is the fastest way to be ignored — so there is no portal.

Just ordinary email

It's plain email — the same kind everyone already sends. It works with Gmail, Outlook, a hotel's ancient mail setup, anything at all.

Your address, your reputation

Messages go out under your own name and email address. To the supplier it reads as you, because it is — Tourical just does the legwork.

How it works

From trip to every confirmation, in four steps.

01

Pick the trip

Open the trip and Tourical lists every supplier already attached to it — hotels, guide, vehicle, restaurants.

02

Compose one message

Write the brief once. Dates, rooming and routing fill in from the trip. Tweak per supplier if you want to.

03

Tourical fans it out

One send reaches all of them — each on a private thread, over standard email, no portal in sight.

04

Watch the board

Replies thread back and the board fills with confirmed. Anyone silent at 72h gets chased automatically.

Honest answers

The questions operators ask first.

01Do suppliers need a Tourical account?

No — and that is the whole point. Suppliers never sign up, never log in and never see a portal. They receive a normal email and reply from whatever inbox they already use. The only person with a Tourical account is you.

02What if a supplier replies from a different address?

It still threads correctly. Tourical matches replies to the trip and the supplier even when the answer comes from a colleague or a shared mailbox, so a reply from reservations@ instead of the person you wrote to does not get lost.

03Can I edit the message for one supplier?

Yes. The broadcast starts from one composed message with trip details filled in, but you can adjust any supplier's copy before sending — a different ask for the driver than for the winery. The shared parts stay in sync; your edits stay specific.

04How do quoted rates get captured?

When a supplier replies with a price, Tourical surfaces it on the thread and lets you attach it to that supplier on the trip in one tap. The rate stops living in an email body and starts living on the trip, where your costing can see it.

05What exactly is the 72-hour auto-chase?

If a supplier has not replied within 72 hours, Tourical sends one short, polite follow-up on the same thread, under your name. It is a single nudge, not a barrage, and you can switch it off for any trip or any supplier.

06Is this real email, or some kind of messaging app?

Real email — the plain, everyday kind. There is no separate inbox the supplier has to visit. That is on purpose: suppliers will not take up a new tool, but every one of them already answers their email.
