Could you hold 2 deluxe for Sept 4–5 under trip IT-24-0822?
Confermato — 2 dlx, colazione inclusa. €395/notte netto per il tuo gruppo.
Open the trip and Tourical lists every supplier already attached to it — hotels, guide, vehicle, restaurants.
Write the brief once. Dates, rooming and routing fill in from the trip. Tweak per supplier if you want to.
One send reaches all of them — each on a private thread, over standard email, no portal in sight.
Replies thread back and the board fills with confirmed. Anyone silent at 72h gets chased automatically.
No — and that is the whole point. Suppliers never sign up, never log in and never see a portal. They receive a normal email and reply from whatever inbox they already use. The only person with a Tourical account is you.
It still threads correctly. Tourical matches replies to the trip and the supplier even when the answer comes from a colleague or a shared mailbox, so a reply from reservations@ instead of the person you wrote to does not get lost.
Yes. The broadcast starts from one composed message with trip details filled in, but you can adjust any supplier's copy before sending — a different ask for the driver than for the winery. The shared parts stay in sync; your edits stay specific.
When a supplier replies with a price, Tourical surfaces it on the thread and lets you attach it to that supplier on the trip in one tap. The rate stops living in an email body and starts living on the trip, where your costing can see it.
If a supplier has not replied within 72 hours, Tourical sends one short, polite follow-up on the same thread, under your name. It is a single nudge, not a barrage, and you can switch it off for any trip or any supplier.
Real email — the plain, everyday kind. There is no separate inbox the supplier has to visit. That is on purpose: suppliers will not take up a new tool, but every one of them already answers their email.
Tourical is in closed beta — early access opens summer 2026. Join the waitlist to lock founding-member pricing (30% off, for life) and shape what ships.
