Run the trip. Departures, waitlists, leader app, refunds — all on rails.

The half of the product that earns its keep after you stop selling. A departure cancels itself if too few book. The waitlist fires the moment a seat opens. A change request carries its own fee. A storm is one switch. Your guide marks no-shows on a phone. Travellers carry a QR page and get alerts. Refunds happen per traveller, and never double up.

When things go sideways

Six paths the rules already wrote for you.

01

One traveller drops out

One person cancels, the rest of the group keeps going. Their refund follows your cancellation rules — and it can never be paid twice.

02

A storm or a strike

One switch overrides the cancellation rules. The full refund is logged on its own, so your accounts can keep it separate.

03

A change to a booking

Name change, room swap, date shift — they ask, you quote a fee, they confirm. The fee rules live on the trip.

04

Missed a single stop

A guest hurts an ankle. Mark them absent from that one stop, refund their share, and the supplier still gets paid for the rest of the group.

05

A refund the normal way won't reach

Too late for a card refund? A credit note goes on your books and the traveller sees it on their trip page.

06

Your cancellation rules

More than 60 days, 30 to 59, under 30 — that's the default. Set your own per trip, per supplier, per departure. They're locked in at booking, so a later change holds no surprises.

In the field

Your guide's phone. Your traveller's pocket.

The leader app gives your guide today's plan, the end-of-day report, messages and attendance — and it keeps working with no signal. The traveller's QR page holds the voucher and boarding pass, and storm alerts arrive on its own.

  • Today's screen: next stop, next supplier to call, the weather window.
  • End-of-day report: attendance, incidents, supplier notes — straight back to the office.
  • A traveller scans the QR and gets their booking, voucher and trip page.
  • Alerts for a storm, an itinerary change, a supplier confirmation, a payment receipt.
