Quote a German family, a Tokyo group, a São Paulo corporate — each in their own language.

Pick one language for your workspace. From then on, everything Tourical writes for you comes out naturally in that language — never run through a translator afterwards — and every price, date and distance is shown the way your client expects to read it.

The cost of a clunky proposal

A great trip in broken English still loses the booking.

You spent a week designing the itinerary. Then the proposal goes out machine-translated, the total reads in the wrong currency, and the date says 03/04 — and your client cannot tell if that is March or April. Trust evaporates at the exact moment of sale.

Native, not post-hoc

The AI writes in the locale — not English, then translated.

There is no English draft hiding behind the curtain. Tourical writes straight in your client's language, so the wording reads like a local travel professional wrote it — because, in effect, it did.

Multi-currency pricing

Always the right price, in your client's currency.

Price any trip in any currency. Tourical keeps exchange rates fresh from two independent sources. If one is unavailable it quietly uses the other, and if both are, it falls back to the last known rate — so a quote never breaks in front of a client.

What happens if a source goes down
Both sources availableThe live rate is used; the backup double-checks it.

Traveler email language

The dossier email picks its own language.

When a traveller dossier goes out, Tourical works out the recipient's language before it sends — your team never fills in a language field. It reads two clues, in order, and uses your workspace language if neither is clear.

01
The email address

Read the address

An address ending in .de or .fr is a strong hint about the reader's language — it is checked first.

anya@reise-koch.de → German
02
An earlier visit

Check earlier activity

If the traveller opened an earlier link, the language they browsed in confirms or sharpens the guess.

browsed in Japanese → Japanese
03
Your workspace language

Fall back safely

If neither clue is clear, the dossier goes out in your workspace language.

no clue → workspace English
An honest line

What's working now, and what's still coming.

We would rather you trust this page than be surprised later. This handles a lot — but it does not yet translate every screen. Here is the exact line.

Working today5
  • Your workspace language steers everything Tourical writes
  • Visa summaries, proposal descriptions and trip stories respect that language
  • Dates, numbers and distances format for that language everywhere you work
  • Traveller dossier emails work out the reader's language on their own
  • Multi-currency pricing that always shows the right currency to your client
Not fully there yet4
  • The screens your team works in are in English today
  • Translating every traveller-facing screen is not live yet
  • Your own wording fixes apply to what Tourical writes, not to fixed labels
  • It is strong coverage — not yet the whole product in every language

If a capability is not in the left column, treat it as not shipped. No asterisks.

Straight answers

Questions operators actually ask

01Which languages can I set for my workspace?
Eight today: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Croatian and Japanese. Your choice steers everything Tourical writes and how every date, number and distance is shown.
02Is this just an automatic translator behind the scenes?
No. Tourical writes straight in your client's language. There is no English draft being run through a translator — the wording is natural from the start, which is why it reads correctly.
03What happens to a quote if a rate source goes down?
Tourical keeps rates fresh from two independent sources. If the main one fails, it uses the backup. If both are unavailable, it uses the last known rate. A quote never breaks because of a rate outage.
04Can I correct a term Tourical phrases badly?
Yes. You can set your own wording — for example forcing how 'half-board' or 'single supplement' appears. Your fixes apply to everything Tourical writes and reach every dossier from that workspace.
05Will my travelers see every screen in their language?
Not every screen. What Tourical writes — visa summaries, trip stories, proposals, dossier emails — is in your client's language today. Translating every traveller-facing screen is not live yet, and the screens your team works in are in English. We are honest that it is not the whole product yet.
06How does a dossier email decide which language to use?
It works it out from the recipient's email address first, then from any earlier visit, then falls back to your workspace language. Your team never sets a language for each traveller.
