Does the math really update with no recalc button?
Yes. The right rail recomputes the whole trip on every edit — the instant you make it. Move an item, swap a hotel, change a date and lodging, transport, activities, food, city tax, fuel, tolls, currency totals and margin all settle together. There is nothing to press and nothing to refresh.

What exactly does a snapshot freeze?
When you send a quote, Tourical freezes the price, the suppliers, the exchange rate and the deposit policy as they stood at that moment. If a hotel raises its rate or the exchange rate drifts afterwards, the client still pays the figure they signed and your margin is protected by the lock.

Can one trip be tailor-made and packaged?
It is one canvas with two pricing modes. Tailor-made prices per traveller with room sharing and supplements; packaged sets a per-pax price with a min-pax floor and capacity. A hybrid departure is a packaged date that bookers can still tailor with add-ons.

What are the six views — is that six separate files?
No. Days, Hotels, Suppliers, Pricing, Travelers and Map are six lenses on the same trip. Change a supplier in one view and the others already know. There is one source of truth, never a copy that drifts.

Does the AI Copilot change my trip on its own?
Never. The Copilot is advisory. It watches for risks — an expiring passport, a moving rate, a tight border buffer — and flags each one with the reasoning attached. Every decision stays with you.
