Get paid. Keep what’s yours.

Your travellers, your money, your account. We never sit on a cent of what you take — it lands straight with you. Our part is a small flat fee per booking. Instalments are chased on their own, you hear about any payment problem the moment it happens, and payouts arrive on a schedule that matches each trip.

It’s your money, start to finish. We never hold it — it settles in your own account.
Four moments

Every payment has a name, a schedule and an outcome.

They pay

Your traveller pays on a checkout page that carries your name and look. Card, Apple Pay, bank transfer — whatever suits them, in their own currency.

The money lands in your account. We take one small flat fee per booking, and nothing else.

It’s held

Money is held briefly and released on a schedule that matches the trip — far-off departures sit a little longer, last-minute bookings clear fast.

You can watch every balance update on your dashboard, in real time, with nothing to chase.

You’re paid out

Cleared money moves to your bank automatically, on the schedule that fits each trip. No buttons to press, no manual transfers.

Every payout is itemised — each line tied to a booking, a fee or a refund — so your books always add up.

It’s recovered

If a payment fails it’s retried for you, with a gentle reminder to the traveller, then a firmer one if needed.

If a traveller ever questions a charge, you’re told straight away — with everything you need to put it right.

Recovery, automated

Questioned charges caught early. Missed payments followed up.

If a traveller ever questions a charge, you hear about it the same minute — with the booking, the traveller and how long you have to respond. We sort most of it without your bank balance ever being touched. Missed instalments are retried over the following week, with friendly reminders sent to the traveller for you.

Pay by link

One link in an email. Paid in two minutes.

Email your traveller a payment link. They tap it, see the trip, pick their currency and pay the deposit or the full balance from their phone. Apple Pay in one tap. The money lands with you, and the booking flips to Confirmed the moment it clears.

  • Sell extras on the same page — upsell after the booking is made
  • Build your own set of add-ons and choose the order travellers see them
  • Refund one traveller in a group safely — no risk of paying twice
  • Issue a manual credit if a payment window has already closed
FAQ

The questions a careful owner asks first.

Money, who holds it, refunds, retries — answered honestly.

Whose money is it, really?
Yours. Payments land in your own account, not ours. We never hold the value of your bookings — it’s yours from the moment a traveller pays.
What does Tourical actually charge?
One small flat fee per booking. No setup cost, no monthly minimum, no charge to issue a refund. The card processing cost is separate and goes to the payment provider, not to us.
How can travellers pay?
By card — including Apple Pay — and by bank transfer. You’re paid out in euros by default, and travellers can pay in their own currency at a fair daily rate.
What happens when a payment fails?
It’s retried for you over the following week, with a friendly reminder and then a firmer one sent to the traveller. If it still can’t be recovered, you can cancel and refund that traveller cleanly.
How are refunds tracked?
Every refund is recorded with a clear reason. You can refund a single traveller in a group with no risk of paying anyone twice.
Where do invoices live?
A clean, numbered invoice is created for every payment automatically and kept for you. Each one links straight back to the payment and to your books.
